Can we do PK modeling or simulation using Phoenix winNonlin/nlme module? If yes can someone elaborate process. I need to build model using observed PK data linked with git pH value and predict data for future batch w.r.t. pH effect.

Hi Ygsla,

Yes we could do PK modeling using Phoenix NLME or with RsNLME (R Speaks NLME). I have attached a youtube link which takes throught the process of simulation using Phoenix. Please let us know if you need furhter assistance.

Also, if you are new to Modeling I would recommend you to consider our online course at Certara University or PML School at Certara Forum.

Thanks

Mouli

Hi Mouli,

Thank you for prompt reply !!

I have two different formulation PK data and git pH data of same formulation, and I want to build model to see impact of pH on PK of two formulation and accordingly with built model want to predict impact on other formulation. Request you to pls elaborate the process like how do I start with Phoenix NLME.

Regards,

Hi,

Since you have the pH data - you could see this as a covariate effect and see if this affects the PK of your formulation. Also, I would recommend you to look at our PML School (Forum & our youtube channel).

If you need further assistance please let  me know.

Thanks

Mouli

Hi Mouli,

Sorry for late reply!!

Being an entrry level learner, would need some guidance  :)

Can you share any ready covariate model tempate to build covariate pH model for my case?

I watched some nice PML videos, but finding trouble in application. Practicing with ready template becomes easy to understand.

Thanks & Regards,
Ygs

Hi Ygs, I have moved this to a more appropriate forum; I would sugget you look at the help; https://onlinehelp.c...ics/content.htm

Specifically; NLME examples; to find over a dozen worked examples, perform the first one or two and then try;

https://onlinehelp.c...ariate_modeling

 Simon.
