Dear all

I have a problem about predictive check. I built a pop PK model, after I finished covariates stepwise, I copied the model and run it in "simple" run mode. Then I copied the final model and accepted all fixed and random effect, trying to get the VPC through "Predictive check" run mode, but the result I got was weird, and I could not find the reason.

Does anyone know why?

Thanks in advance.

Crystal

Hi Crystal,

Is this for the same model you sent to the support?

Could you send this to our support e-mail with the project file please?

Thanks

Mouli

Looks like Mouli is handling this as case 121478 but I would say a VPC should typically be run with at least 500 replicates and you only have 2 selected in your screen shot above..
