results are shown for 3 tests is error.

error message is unable to verification.

workflow descriptive stats could not be verified before execution. please see the object's before verification tab for more information.

i send the same message to pharsight support they forwarded manual test scripts for comparing manual test results with automate test results but both are matching.

my query is whether its accepted by regulatory or how to sort this error message.

pls guide me in this.

Karthik, to sort out the error message what did the verification tab message say? normally this indicates what mapping is missing or similar.

Which specific test(s) did you have problems with?

On a more general note - you're validating the software and it's functions, I don't understand why running a test manually is an issue?

  Simon.

PS If you are going to raise a question in multiple locations please state the PHST Case ID, in this case 139620, so we can at least cross-reference your earlier messages.

Dear Karthik,

The original Validation Suite automated test case failures should be documented with an investigation. This investigation should document that Pharsight Support was contacted and that Pharsight provided manual test scripts to execute the automated test scripts that failed. Successful execution of these manual test cases demonstrated that Phoenix WinNonlin functions as intended with respect to the functionality tested by these automated test scripts, and that the failures were due to issues with the automated test scripts themselves, not with Phoenix WinNonlin. Therefore, these automated test case failures have no adverse affect on the validation of Phoenix WinNonlin. With this test case failure investigation documentation, regulatory authorities should find no related issues.

Hi Ana,

I do not have a validation suite. We did not buy the validation suite license. Is it possible that I get a sets of manual test scripts?

Thank you.

Xia
