Hi,

What does this option mean in the IVIVC toolkit? It is one of the options listed under "In-vivo data option" under the "InVivo" tab in the IVIVC Workflow.

Data already deconvoluted and averaged.

Is it possible to use the IVIVC workflow to set up a model by providing only the following datasets?
1) Oral IR (or IV) plasma profile (or model parameters)
2) Deconvoluted absorption profiles of fast, medium, slow formulation
3) In-Vitro dissolution profiles of fast, medium slowformulation?

Thanks

John

Hi John, yes it is indeed possible.

If you look at the requested input sheets when choosing this option, a new input of "in vivo fit" is requested.

If you are still stuck, you can try setting up the project and the post it back here (or to Support) and then we can point out any missing mappings or settings
