I have built a model to simultaneously fit two separate 2-compartment models. However, in my theta output, I am not getting any stderr or %CV estimates. The model seems to be fitting the conc vs time profiles fairly well and the estimated theta values are close to my initial estimates. Why is the model not calculating stderr or %CV?

I have attached my model to this post and please let me know if you need more context. Thank you for your help.

HI Rob - I got a bit confused trying to understand your code and how it related to your data, I think you started describing it graphically and you measued cell concentrations of X and Z, but did you measure buffer concentrations?

it coudl be your model is just too complicated to be supported by your data, but let's first understnad you model .

I saw your initial estimates seemed quite far off.

I don't think you need two doses since Z is generated from X, also what are the _rif amounts and concs

can you try to expand on your graphical mode first and then we can see how that developed and then perhaps we can guide you better

Hi Simon,

Thank you for the help, I changed the model and I have solved the issue.
