Is it applicable to use combined zero and first-Order absorption with Tlag ?

I tried to use the PML and graphical function to come up with following code

cfMicro(A1, Cl / V, Cl2 / V, Cl2 / V2, first = (Aa = Ka))
dosepoint(Aa, tlag = Tlag,duration = Tabs )
C = A1 / V

I am not sure if I got it right

Thanks

Hi amashehri,

Yes you can do Zero order and First order input; please refer to our PML Lesson 8 (link below).

Lesson 8: One-compartment 1st and 0-order input - PML School - Certara Forums

Our session on February 2nd dealt with absorption where we discriminated between zero-order and first-order inputs for a one-compartment model.

We have also demonstrated how to setup a multiple dose simulation with both regular and variable dosing regimens.

Thanks

Chandramouli
