Hello,

I was wondering whether the Trial Simulator V2.2.2 that uses GNU fortran compiler has been released this summer, as indicated in one of the prior posts.

Thank you,

Dora

Hi Dora,

Thank you for your question as I forgot to update the posting. Unfortunately we ran into some unexpected issues with S-plus and DOA files within Trial Simulator and this product is not yet released but we are really close. It should definitely be released by the end of the year. TS2.2.2 will support Windows 7 SP1, 32-bit, English or Kanji, with both the GNU compiler (redistributed with the TS download) and Intel Fortran compiler 12.1. TS2.2.2 will continue to work with S-plus 6.2 for this product as well as S-plus 8.2.

Hi Dora,

Just to confirm, TS 2.2.2 has been released (30 Dec 2011). No new features were added* but it now supports Windows 7 32-bit and the GNU compiler (redistributable).

   Happy New Year,

                                     Simon.

* PS this it because any new features/ development efforts are directed towards TS3 that will be rolled into the Phoenix platform.
