On March, 2nd we presented a turnover model of an endogenous compound with saturated elimination. We explained how to setup a highly variable multiple dosing scheme in Phoenix WinNonlin.Finally, we compared the results with a simple linear elimination model.

There was a flaw in the textual model that we posted: 

 

secondary parameters were not using the typical values of the primary parameters from which they were derived.

 

This has been corrected in the new version that you can download from here:
