Dear team,

I have a question please, is it possible to do population PK with Bayesian element using Phoenix?

if so, how can I add the Bayesian approach to the compartmental analysis?

i have a data where the drugs is given on given days and each day, there is one sampling point (the time between the last dose and the sampling time could be different).

thank you very much

uma

Dear Omamah,
While Phoenix does not have a Bayesian fitting engine it can perform what we call a Bayesian Post Hoc maximum a posteriori estimation.
Did you mean how to do a simple Post Hoc estimation or a fully Bayesian framework?

Bests,

Samer

Dear Samer,

so in case I want to do simple post hoc estimation Bayesian analysis how would I do that?

thank you very much

best regards
