Is it possible to have to low of a concentration to perform a model. I have model successfully on a few other projects, but this time I don't get a curve the concentrations are always -1. I am using Pheonix PK modeling. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hi KB,

I think I'd like to see your model, can you post your project here?  Elsewise I can look at it confidentially if you add it you your Support case on the same issue. Case 165774.

Simon, If you have not had time to look at my issue support case 165774 that is fine. However I can not find the case how do I get to it so that I can check the progress as it occurs? Thanks

Sorry I overlooked this one as I was on my old machine when you originally replied and when I wen back to my Phoenix 7 machine something displaced your problem from my mind.

I took a quick look, and I made just two small edits, firstly PML is case sensitive so I requested a Capital C for concentration.

Secondly your values are very small so to make sure all doses were presented to the best use of the axis space I set the Y scale in the Ind Simulation plot to 'autoscale best'.

 Simon.
