I have one column for date of PK sample and one column for time (based on 24 hr clock time).  Using these two columns, would like to calculate actual time after first dose for each subject.  Can this be done using data wizard?

What is your date format and your clock format?  Please send a project or a sample datafile.  Some times you can use the data wizard>change from baseline  to do this but it depends on the format.

Lora, it would be much easier for people to help you if you attached a project containing this worksheet, ideally stating which version of Phoenix are using.

if you are worried about data confidentialiy you can just include a subject ID with visit_id_xxxxx

columns, plus sampling_date and sampling_time.
