Dear All,
currently I am working on a TMDD model with which I have some issues. Although I obtain parameter estimates, I do not get estimates of the residual errors of these estimates. My guess is that the wide range of individual "receptor" concentrations might be the cause. For 20 subjects I have baseline target concentrations from 0.1 to 13,000 with a median of 1700 and a arithmetic mean of 3700.
What I want to do in the end is to simulate dosing regimens with different baseline values.
Is there some good practice or trick to deal with wide ranges of baseline values?
Thanks in advance,
Daniel
