Dear All,

I am working on an PopPK model with Phoenix NLME 8.0,the data were multi-dose design lasted for 3 days (Bid) and collected after the last dose, with timepoints: -0.5h, 0h, 0.5h, 1h, ...and I found from the modeling results that the data collected at -0.5h were not included during the Phoenix modeling process, even I added the dosing infos in the original dataset (AMT column) or using SS options, but if using PK model, the -0.5h timepoints could be taken into account during model fitting. I would like to know how to incorparate these -0.5h collected data into modeling in Phoenix Model/NLME?

Many Thanks!

Could you perhaps attach your project as that would make review of your dose set up etc in the model easier?
