II'm running the compare feature with NLME and the latice of DV and Pred vs TAD. DV vs TAD is red dots but the Pred vs TAD has two lines; yellow is CObs, 0 while Blue dots is CObs, 1.

What's the difference between CObs, 1 and CObs, 2? I've searched the help features but I can't seem to find the answer.

1) Do you have "Population?" selected?

2) How many variables do you have mapped to "Sort" in the main mappings panel? Within the variable(s) mapped to "Sort", how many unique values are there?

Yes, I do have population selected, but I have been very cavalier about the sort variables. Should I have been more restrictive? and they are not all unique.

I have 2 sort variables: treatment and patient, but while there are 14 patients there is only one treatment. Should I leave out the treatment sort? I was thinking of it as a carry-along.

I took out the sort on treatment and I still have the same problem. It is a 3 cmpt model. Is it reporting concentrations in 2 cmpts?

Jim, Is it possible you can post the project here as an attachment?

I am wondering if you have several dose events in your dataset if you are seeing this on the TAD graphs. Simon.

I do have numberous dosing events.

I'm working on metazolam use for colonoscopy. A loading dose followed by top-up doses as needed. Is this a problem?

I'm working on confidential sponsor files and I'm not so sure about posting them. Maybe one-on-one sharing but not for everyone to review.

For the group - after confirming the issue in 6.1 was not due to his Sort var choices, I ran Jim's project in the 6.2 release candidate and the Pop DV vs TAD graph looks OK now with individuals correctly displayed; so I believe this is fixed . Simon.
