has anyone been able to use the stop early function? It never seems to work for me.

Hi William, sorry for the delay, I was trying to find an exmaple that ran long enough to interupt.  i found one in the examples folder;  C:\Program Files (x86)\Certara\Phoenix\application\Examples\NLME

 

Midazolam_Circadian_IOV_TwoEpsilon_Estimation_VPC

 

I ran the first model in that project and performed the right click, and although there is a long pause it does indeed stop.   

Note that for now it first tries to complete the current iteration of optimization then, if some standard error are requested, calculate standard error and finally prepare all things for the output. It may look like it is doing nothing however it is preparing the results.

 

To check if that button is working, please look into Overall sheet; the RetCode is 6.

 

alternatively if you look at the Core Status then you'll see something like the below.
