Dear all,
I've been using the new version of Phoenix recently (Version 8.1) and I would like to use the new feature ot the NCA toolbox 'Rule'.
It's very easy and useful in this new version to be able to define some rules for NCA, for example to flag a value with R²<0.7. However, I would like to be able to exclude some other PK parameters associated to these conditions, for example to exclude half-life if R² and Lambda z were not appropriately determined.
For example, from 'Final Paramters Pivoted' results in NCA tool, using 'Filter' in Data Wizard, I'm able to exclude 'AUC_%Extr_Obs' if value is higher than 20%, but in this case I would like to exclude also the AUCinf_obs value associated (for this subject only).
I didn't found how to deal with filter option to exclude one value associated to one rule in another column.
My goal will be to have a template that allows me to exclude PK parameters that do not comply with NCA rules from my analysis plan automatically (no manual selection).
Thanks greatly for your assistance.
