Hello all,

Is it right procedure to merge both different PK & PD time points and maintaining the cells blank for those time points does not applicable for either PK or PD?

Could you please share your thoughts on the arrangement of data set (especially for time) containing different PK and PD measuring times.

Thanks

Sundar. M

phoenix nlme knows about empty blank cells they are treated as missing no need for extra MDV identifier

ID TIME PK PD

1      0             5

1     0.2    0.1

1     0.5    0.15

1     0.5        10

here at time zero you had only a pd value

you can repeat or not the time point where you had pk and pd repeating it will allow you more control like mdv one row and not the other. This might be because you want to exlcude a suspect data point that was an error in pk measurement and keep the pd evaluation

Thanks for your information - Samer !

This arrangement is because of response time difference between PK & PD.
