Hi!

Whenever I try to run a model from Pirana interface, I always get this error:

'execute' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

Any idea how to resolve this error? I only started getting it after I installed Pirana in the new computer. So, definitely error is NOT in the model file, but rather in settings somewhere. NONMEM is integrated under settings. So, thats not the problem either. My guess is that environment variables are messed up but not sure what to do about it and how to fix it.

I have also attached the image

Hi Summeet, I don’t see your image attached. Can you try editing your file and also check if you have shown us relevant pictures of your settings. Thanks Simon

Also does nonmem and PSN run ok outside of Pirana?
