Claude, I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news however Certara cannot support/recommend Parallels for windows or other emulators on Mac.
We recently dug deeper into Mac users experiences and have found that with Mac hardware, some numerical differences can be expected e.g. exponent/log functions are used, the result will be a bit different since this is ARM-based processor (Note our Release notes specify Intel). This is not a Phoenix specific issue, e.g. https://github.com/numpy/numpy/issues/21209
Therefore we suggest to install on a true Windows machine with intel processors as per the getting Started guide, or perhaps to evaluate https://www.certara....phoenix-hosted/.
If you want to explore these options we will of course support your re-validation efforts, please contact support@certara.com.
Simon.
PS some ad hoc testing has suggested that Windows emulator on a Mac using Intel processor does give equivalent results, but again this is not a formally tested/supported environment.
