I am interested in learning how to perform a population-based meta-analysis of drug PK.

For the drug I have selected, I have the following literature data thus far:

(1) 1 literature report that provides 10 individual parameter estimates. The raw concentrations are not reported. I simulated conc vs. time profiles for each individual.

(2) Several literature reports with a mean concentration-time profiles. I have digitized these.

In the data set I have both the individual and aggregate conc-time profile (with study size) in the data set.

I'm not sure how to begin to code for the aggregate data. I'm hoping for help to understand the process.

Population-based meta analysis requires you to reproduce the population response. I will conduct a webinar in May to demonstrate these steps:

Rebuilding a Population PK Model From a Literature Reference

Often you are working on data from an existing compound where literature data exists. This webinar will help users build up a population PK model from a literature reference.
