Hi Totsapol, Iooking at the errors you sent where it cannot read FSIZES.mod etc. makes me wonder if you can execute NONMEM from the command line sucessfully?

If not you'll need to go to your IT group /NMusers or similar to get that sorted first.  Once you have a working NM install we can check how it is pointed to Pirana.

 SImon.

PS if you need help as to how to run an example from the command line, let us know and we can post some tips

Hi Totsapol,

You should be able to navigate to the util directory of your NONMEM installation from the command line, and execute a model using the nmfe command, e.g.,

C:\nm72g\util>nmfe72 control4 control4.lst

Here, the control4 file is the example control file, and control4.lst is a file you specify as the output file name

You should be able to find details for this and more in Part III of the NONMEM Users Guide.

Keith, I don't understand what your meaning, and I also don't know whether you see the attachment picture of my problem that I send to Simon Davis directly. When I run NONMEM from WFN that I also installed previously and no wit still use, it can run NONMEM normally. But when I installed pirana, I can't execute NONMEM it has the error message : Cannot read module file because it was created by the different version of GNU fortran.
