Dear All!

I kindly ask if it is possible to calculate an additional NCA parameter, for which calculation involves a partial area. If possible, how can I attain so?

Thank you very much in advance!

Best regards

SCH

Hi Sara,

Yes this is possible, which version of Phoenix are you using.

For 8.x  this is possible within NCA object itself

and in earlier versions you can use a data wizard > custom transformation.

see screen shot of a dose normalised partial area 0_12h

  Simon.

PS if you are planning an upgrade there will be an 8.3 release this summer.

Hi Simon

Thank you for your answer.

I am using Phoenix 8.2.

I have tried to define within the NCA, as you suggested. Although, Phoenix gives an error, that the variable (partial area) is not valid.

Can it be due to partial areas being defined in an external worksheet?

Once again thank you for your help!

Rgds

Sara

Sara, I think I would need to look at the project to see what you have done. if you aren't happy to share an example on this forum then I suggest you email support.

 Simon.
