Hello,

 

I am working on PK modeling of drug concentrations in both plasma and saliva. Could you please help to give instruction on how to model drug concentration in multiple observed compartments simultaneously? Thank you!

The easiest way to do this is create your dataset to have a column per observation location.  Have a look at the 2 dose point example in the manual

the principle is the same for 2 or more sample points.

 

  I think there maybe an example too from one of the PML webinars, but have a try and post your project if you get stuck.
