If you are using NONMEM's SAEM or IMP with Pirana please be aware that the although normally estimates with red text are used to indicate that the final gradient was zero (Pirana Help),

However, for these two estimation methods SAEM and IMP, NONMEM does not output the gradient information (as no direct optimization is needed for mu-modeled theta and Omega).
So, since it is missing, Pirana (incorrectly) displays these values in red. We will fix this and provide further clarification in Pirana help, but for now, any estimates in red displayed for methods SAEM and IMP should be ignored.

This tip has already been pasted to the Support Knowledgebase which you can search here after logging in to support site; https://certara.service-now.com/csm

Also please follow this forum and topic to be kept aware of new features and so forth,

Simon.
