Hello All,

I am using Phoenix WinNonlin 8.2 Linear Mixed Effects Model tool to identify differences between a Treatment and Placebo.

On the Final Fixed Parameters output, I noticed that the program is calculating the estimate,  CI and p-value for Placebo, and that for Treatment those appear as 'Not estimable'.

I ask if it's possible to define the variable (e.g., Treatment instead of Placebo) for which the program will calculate the estimates.

Thank you in advance

Sara

Dear Sara,

in principal, you have an input with a column where you specify your Treatment:

You would then use this column (Treatment) as variable in your model specification:

Please refer to our LinMix example that you find in your Phoenix installation.
