I am a bignner level user modeling tumor growth and kill in xenograft mice. The simplest differential equations are dT/dt = Kng*T for exponential growth and dT/dt = Kng*T(1-T/Tss).
T: Tumor size; Kng: net growth rate; Tss: maximum tumor sustainable tumor size.
My questions are : how to get initial estimate for parameters, Kng and Tss.
Mice were euthernized before tumor growth reachs pleatau, so no empirial data of Tss.
