Hi everyone,

I would like to calculate the EC90 StdError using Phoenix modeling, with the sigmoid Emax model (105 in WLN), we are getting the EC50, Emax, and Gamma values and StdError. I used the formula: EC90=(0.9/(1-0.9))**(1/GAMMA)*EC50 to calculate the EC90.

However, does anyone know how the WLN calculate StdError? How can I calculate StdError for EC90?

Thanks!

Xiuqing

If you define it as a secondary parameter in your model itself then you will get SEs if it is possible to calculate them, see https://support.cert...-models/?p=4489for an example.
