Dear everyone, if each patient is given medication twice in two cycles and then blood samples are taken every cycles, the blood sample is abundant, the drug is completely eliminated before the second dose, and the dose and covariate values are changed, can I add the second cycles as a new individual to the model without IOV?

   Looking forward to your reply.

if this what you really want to do (assume the cycles are independent) you can use Subject identifier and Cycle as your ID variables.  This will assume that each combination of subject# and cycle is a unique profile.

Sorry, does this mean that it is feasible to not add IOV?
