HI Folks,

Can we develop PK-PD model with binary reponse data in NLME?

If yes, sharing some more information or suggestion or any built template will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance!!

Regards,

Ygs

note that phoenix has lot of flexibility and you have multi, ordinal :

https://onlinehelp.c...rdinal&rhsyns=

binary 0/1 is a special case of more general 0/1/2,... models

when using multi or ordinal you will have automatic simulation and vpc

you can also write your LL + simulate statement to do whatever you need
