Hello,

In PK Model 2: IV-infusion input, 1-compartment, no lag, 1st elimination (under the Least-squares regression models), V (volume) is one of the estimated parameters whereas Vss is a clearance secondary parameters. What is the V here? the Vz, Vc or ? How is Vss calculated in this case?

Thank you very much for your help.

SJ

Hi,

there is detailed information in our online help:

https://onlinehelp.c...tocid=_33_3_4_1

You can find information about the formula for secondary parameters by:

1. insert a Phoenix Model object into your workflow

2. Setting a WNL model:

3. pick Model 2 and click Apply

4. look at Parameters>>Secondary Tab in the bottom panel:

Let me know if this does not help.
