Hi all,

 

I am getting the following error when I try to run a simple PK model. Can anyone advise? project attached. Im wondering if there is an issue with my input data set?

 

 

Could not merge sort times

Some data that is expected to be numeric is not
Please check your source data

I think i found the error. It was a coding error in raw data set.  However, is it reasonable to have both a dose amount and a sample concentration in the same row at the same time point?

Hi GW8,

 

Had a look at the data set. There are a few doses that did not have time. Also, I have attached the project file; with MDV enabled.

yes it is fine to have obs and dosing on the same line.  I also noticed you had logged your conc, but with the flexible residual error models I'm not sure that is necessary, ie. you can use untransforrmed  concs and then a multiplicative or log-additve residual error.
