Dear Certara team,
We constructed a three-compartment model for intravenous infusion of endogenous toxins during hemodialysis. When the Phoenix model was used to simulate our pharmacokinetic parameters, the model could not be accurately fitted due to the presence of initial toxin concentrations in the blood. I hope to get your help.

Hu Gu,

Thanks for sharing the project file. I was able to fix the model with 2 compartment. Please have a look and let me know if you would like to go through this.

Thanks and regards

Mouli

Dear Mouli,

Thanks for your projrct file.To simulate the physiology, we need to use an intravenous infusion model. But endogenous toxins were present in the blood before intravenous infusion, that's the concentration point in our data at time zero. And we wanted to know how to fit them in the intravenous infusion model.

   Thanks and regards

   Gu

Dear Gu,

Apologies I uploaded a wrong project file. Please see the correct one. You need to use a sequence statement to sort this issue.
