Hi,

I want to use FFM instead of body weight for allometric scaling, but I'm not sure if setting the impact to 1 for VD and 0.75 for CL is correct with FFM.

Aslo, can we still use body weight as a covariate after implementing the FFM effect?

Thanks

https://bpspubs.onli....1111/bcp.14202please look at this publication.

you can still look at other size covariates to see if there is any residual effects

Thanks for your answer, Sameer !!

The study is very interesting and helpful to clarify the concept.
