Could you please give me some suggestions about my mistake when running modeling?

 

why is the %CV so high in the Theta sheet? 

 

Appreciate your help!

 

Drug administration by IV and dosage is 0.9mg/kg. Cmax=19ug/mL.

possibly your model is too complicated for your data to support,perhaps you can remove or freeze a parameter?
