Discover a transformative approach to pharmacokinetics (PK) analysis in our interactive webinar. We'll introduce a workflow that centralizes and organizes data, ensures compliance through audit trails, enables rapid calculation of PK parameters with visual checks, and aids in the creation of CDISC-conforming datasets—all within a secure, cloud-hosted environment. Follow a non-compartmental analysis from start to finish and uncover best practices for data preparation, modeling, and submission readiness. Register now for this essential session!
Join Certara University's latest virtual Masterclass, "Mastering the Power of Phoenix Templates," beginning February 29, 2024. In this online three-session course, expert instructors will guide you through automating processes and developing reusable templates in Phoenix WinNonlin. Spaces are limited to the first 30 registrants, so sign up soon:
In this webinar on February 7, Dr. Daniel Oliveira from the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy will share his team's experience in using the deconvolution tool in Phoenix WinNonlin v8.3 to characterize the absorption profile of the antiretroviral, raltegravir, in 8 rabbits implanted with a subcutaneous, reservoir-style device comprised of polycaprolactone and packed with raltegravir.
Dr. Oliveira will discuss the process, the pitfalls, and the lessons learned from this project. He will also share how these results have provided consideration for further research designs of subsequent formulations.
The annual PAGE Meeting stands out in the population modeling community's calendar. This year, Certara experts will contribute their insights and, for the first time, host a pre-event workshop. The workshop will cover PMX analysis in R using Certara's R speaks NLME, Pirana, and Pirana Darwin, teaching participants to build and customize PK models in R, perform diagnostics including VPC, run simulations, and introduce model selection analysis for machine learning using Pirana Darwin.
