The phoenix WinNonlin 8.3 provided VIF based study-design example (study-design project attached).

 

 

I am wondering how the initial estimates V_F=10, K01=3, K10=0.05 generated because non one of initial estimates from PK or ML model generated such results (Pk model project attached)
