Hi all,

I am conducting a model-based simulation using PK parameters from a publication. The publication reports: "Effect of Study A on residual unexplained variability (RUV) is -0.455; 12.8 (parameters: RES)." How should I incorporate RUV into the population PK model?

I attempted to define RUV as a parameter (graph model) and included Study A as a covariate , but it does not seem to work well.(reduced model attached)

I would greatly appreciate any guidance on how to properly implement this.

DV
