Hi all,

I tried executing a population pk analysis and the ETA estimates always come out as zero. I even got one of my team members to forward me her phoenix file because she was able to get ETA estimates to work, and I tried executing her file through my Phoenix and all the previously esitmated ETAs became zero...

I also made sure population was checked.

Also tried some of the Examples provided by Phoenix and same problem.

I thought it might be a licensing issue but when I performed the check suggested by Pharsight, by loading Model Examples, it passed the installation check.

Please advise as many people I know are having the same issue. [file name=Pop_PK3.phxproj size=6129489]http://www.pharsight.com/extranet/media/kunena/attachments/legacy/files/Pop_PK3.phxproj[/file]

Can you try changing the engine (run options) and put FOCE ELS. What NLME version do you have? I ran from my machine and it worked fine.

Best

It sounds like a licensing problem. You are allowed to run the naive pool engine for population with just a WNL license but no other engines. The naive pool engine will not give you any etas. Please confirm that you can use other population engines, if you cannot you do not have a license for NLME. You can also go to Help>about and the splash screen should tell you what licenses you have.
