Importing TAB and other extension files.

Some of you may have encountered an issue that when you import certain data files, Phoenix has just imported them straight into the code folder or document folder thinking they were text.

To 'force' Phoenix to enter the data import wizard and let you indicate whether they're tab, comma, or space etc. delimited, use File -> Custom Import -> ASCII Data

Using this function any file extension, or even non at all can be treated as data. Try the example file tlag.doc (note it is not really a WORD file but space-delimited ascii, same for the PNG extension - it is not really a graphic in this case.)
with the settings in the image below.
