I gave 600mg of a drug at 0, 24 and 48 h and obtain plasma concentration of the drug from the volunteers at time 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 4, 6, 12, 24, 48, 72, 168, 336 and 506 h. How do I proceed to obtain PK parameters using NCA of Phoenix Winnolin 6.3 giving these multiple doses?

Dear Muyiwa,

Have you tried following Chapter 1 in the Phoenix WinNonlin 6.3 Examples Guide.pdf, this can be easily opened using Help Menu and looking under Documents?

What information are you hoping to gather/assess/report? (NCA is typically performed after a single dose event, or at steady-state)

You describe that the subjects were dosed 3 times, if you want to assess each dose individually then you will need to find a way to separate each dose profile, perhaps by using filter on nominal time.

If you can perhaps load up a project containing your data and what you've tried so far then we can advise you further.

 Simon.
