Failed Validation

Missing Profile in Exponential Terms worksheet: Formulation = D ID = 120

 

 

Outstanding Issues:

 

Can some one please tell me how to fix this error. I have 4 formulations A, B, C and D.

 

What it means. I can run the IVIVC model till GenerateUIR. Once i run "deconvolution' i keep getting this message

I've moved this thread to IVIVC but I think it might better answered by posting your project to Support@pharsight.com.

 

  If you can post your project then we can check your settings against the data you have; I'm inclined to read the message that it can't find a reference profile for ID 120. Have you got a complete dataset for this subject?

Hi Simon,

 

Yes i have the complete data set for that subject. I tried removing that subject and rerun the model, and i am getting the same error for the subject 119.

 

I mail the project to the email id provide.

Hi Alison,

 

in this particular case the input for the IVIVC Wizard was flawed with mismatches of names and references. 

As Simon proposed for this issue, please send your project file to support@certara.com and we will deal with it.

It seems the subject must be same for different formulation. 

Is parallel design not suitable for IVIVC?
