Does anyone have the best way to incorporate binding of two different drugs in a graphically built model? I have tried several variants that don't seem to work. The one drug inhibits the action of the other (via binding).

You can graphically define only zero order, first order and non linear  flow.

What you may referring too are higher order than 1 and would require the use of "edit as textual" only.
