My input file for Winnonlin:

Subject Formulation Time Concentration

1 Fast 1 45.68

In INVIO tab when I click Deconvolve facing the below mentioned problem.

Error creating temporary input workbook for deconvolution incomplete UIR-sort key matching. Ensure that all sort levels have an associated reference

Ramesh - supplying one line of your file makes it pretty difficult to guess what your problem might be. However I think that you have probably give only one formulation so there is nothing to differentiate your reference used to generate you UIR from your other formulations.

 

   How many formulations have you got, you need at least two. (or at least to copy one and give it s a second formulation name to 'trick' the system)

 

   Please do look at the manuals and examples.
