Somebody asked me for the Intermediate PK/PD agenda recently to see what was covered in this 4 day course.  It works through real life data from various chapters of Gabrielsson and Weiner's text book amongst other and has been well received for over 10 years.  It has been updated to take account of extra options in the NLME engine and Phoenix Modelling Language.

Hi All,

Are there any tentative dates and times for Intermediate Population Modeling using Phoenix NLME (in-class/face-to-face)?

It is not yet in the above link provided by Simon.

Thanks,

Charvi

Hi Charvi,

This course is available now online and 'on demand',                    https://www.certarau...e/details&id=48  this means you have access to the recorded content for 3 years so lots of time to take and review the materials.

 however currently we don’t have a public face to face course scheduled in the remainder of 2018;

https://www.certarau...e/details&id=30

What is your location? / willingness to travel and we can see if any others are 'waitlisted' for this course in your area.

  Simon.

Hi Simon,

Thank you for your response. The on-demand option is great, but I generally prefer and in-class course.

I am located on the West Coast.

Thanks,

Charvi

I forgot to post the 2019 calendar, https://s3.amazonaws...ng Calendar.pdf

If you have something you would like to see in 2020 then please let us know.

Also we RECENTLY ADDED (100-CL) Introduction to Phoenix WinNonlin 15 & 16 October 2019
Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS) Hyderabad, India

This course will take place at the Hyderabad campus of BITS and focuses on the practical analysis of PK data, and includes the theory necessary to support the effective use of Phoenix WinNonlin. Participants will learn how to import data into Phoenix, and explore the data by creating plots and tables. They will determine PK parameters using noncompartmental analysis. They will use nonparametric superpositioning to predict the concentration profile at steady state. They will analyze NCA results to determine if two formulations are bioequivalent. Participants will also learn the fundamentals of compartmental modeling by creating models to fit PK observations. From single-dose PK data they create simulations to predict the concentration profile for multiple dosing using different dosing regimens.
