Is it possible to fit simultaneously SC and IV data, using different models depending on the route of administration but sharing a subset of model parameters? (A similar problem is described here: http://learnpkpd.com...imultaneously/)

Dear Igor
The answer is Yes and I made an example for you. I hope I understood the question right.
In the attached project (14 version, second model), 50 patients follow a one compartment model with IV dosing and 50 patients follow a 2 compt model with extravascular input.
We assume they share V and Cl. The bioavailability is 50% (ilogit0).
You can share model parameters by defining these shard parameters (see graph in the model) and linking them to the V and Cl of both models.
I hope it helps. If something not clear or the question was different, please let me know.
best Regards
Serge

Dear Serge,
Thank you for for a prompt reply, this is exactly what I am looking for. The only problem I have at the moment is how to open the project file, my system is Build 6.3.0.395 and it has difficulties to open the project file..
Here we go. I translated into13. please upgrade to 14 ASAP. The 13 version is really out dated and you should not use it.
Best Regards
Serge

Hi Igor, also don't foget to use the search function; e.g. 'simultaneous' there are several related threads on here already;
