How can/should I save a Phoenix project in v6.4 such that my colleagues working in 6.3 are able to open it?

This is not possible since PHX 1.4 might have new features than previous versions do not.  We support backwards compatibility so any project in a previous versions can be loaded in newer versions but not the reverse.  Some other suggestions:

1. Your colleagues can download PHX 1.4 to a computer without a license.  They would be able to see your project but not be able to execute it

2. If you are using modules that were not updated in PHX 1.4 you could try to create a template of your workflow and then provide the data and the template to your colleagues to load in PHX 1.3.  I highly recommend to add data links to that template.  There is no guarantee this will work but could be worth a try.

PS just to confirm this is noted as an issue to look at in the next release and recorded as QC 14621
