Hello all forum members.

Recently, My lab changed computer for Phoenix WinNonlin. (Windows 7, 64bit)

NCA, plotting, WNL classic model, etc. works well but only Phoenix model didn't work,

When I load the project file (Phoenix model) from older computer, it doesn't work too.

I attached one of the my project file using phoenix model.

Please give me an advice about this problem.

Thanks.

the model run on my machine we need to understand how it was installed on your new machine something is broken with the installation.

EDIT: I (Simon) would strongly suggest you email Pharsight.Support@certara.com and troubleshoot with them if you/your IT group cannot identify what you did differently to your previous installation.

Hello

I have experienced this error before when i was using the user defined model in PHX NLME and there was error in the code build for modelling, once i correcetd the error in the model , it worked fine

if you are trying to model your data using the user defined code, you can check the code once

Hope it helps

HK
