Hi all,

I'm trying to fit a global PK model to data from more dose levels from different subjects. I.e. the aim is to fit a single set of parameters that can cover all dose levels. All plasma concentration time profiles are from 0-16h. I can't figure out how to map the main sheet and dosing sheet to allow for a global/integrated fit. When sorting on dose I get individual sets of parameters from each dose level in the output so not sure how to organize the data. Input appriciated.

Thanks, Christoffer

OK I guess my response was lost.

here it is again

1: click on population check box

2: define a column for the patient, let say call it ID

3: In the mapping area for main, map ID with ID and the rest as before

4: If the dose at t=0 is not in your data set, then click on dosing below main and select "internal worksheet" and click OK

5: It opens a worksheet where you can fill the dose for each patient

6: select run options and select naïve pool (if you have not NLME, it will be the only option)

7: Run  the model

You will get the single set of PK parameters

Let me know if you still have troubles

Best

Serge
