Hello Samer,
Thanks for the reply. I want to bacth several model runs. That is exactly what I did. Here an example as a picture. I want to run those two modesl, which are slightly different from one another and then compare them. Then I get an error. That happens all the time.
Maybe you know why this happens?
I know about that R package. I just wanted to run everything under the Phoenix environment.
Best,
Joao

Hi Joao,
I work for Certara to develop the plugin for FIM dose prediction using NLME. Please contact me at tinh.nguyen@certara.com for a quick demo.

Hi Tinh,
What is the plugin for FIM? How will this help me with my problem of batch runs?
Maybe I was not very clear. What I want to do is to submit several jobs one after the other, and come back later to see the results.
At the moment I can just send one NLME model to execute, and then the program is blocked. I have to wait until the current model was executed before I can submit a new job. This is not very efficient. When I try to do this with an workflow, then I get the error above.
Best,
Joao

Hi Joao, Tinh's suggestion is a project we ahve delivered for other users who wanted to batch up multiple runs to screen compounds etc. Or alternatively a grid submission would be quicker; (and this will be faster and simpler to configure in the Summer's PHX 7.0 release).
However in the present time, what you are trying to do should work from native, off the shelf Phoenix, and does so on my machine so I'm going to ask you to email the project exhibiting this issue to support@certara.com so we can investigate what is happening.

Hi Simon,
Thanks for the reply. I cannot send you the project, as it contains confidential data. I will try to generate some random data and see if I can replicate the issue before sending you the project.
In parallel I will see if I can get in touch with Tinh.
