Is it possible to do statistical test such as ANOVA or t-test on NCA or modeling derived parameters in WinNonlin?

Yes, Please look at the manual, (see Help>Documents> WinNonlin User guide)
Chapter 7 : Linear Mixed Effects Modeling
is subtitled ANOVA, ANCOVA, and regression models
and includes some worked examples for bioequivalence including explaining the Crossover tool for examining Tmax and other discrete data.
